From Humble Beginnings to Mining Excellence
What started as a single mining operation in Muslim Bagh has grown into a multi-mineral enterprise spanning three strategic districts across Balochistan—each site carefully managed for maximum yield with minimal environmental impact.
The Foundation: 2008-2012
Founded in 2008, Balochistan Minerals began operations in Muslim Bagh, one of Pakistan's richest chromite-bearing regions. Our founders recognized the enormous potential of Balochistan's mineral deposits and established operations with a clear mandate: extract responsibly, empower locally, and deliver globally.
First Mine: Muslim Bagh chromite operations established with 50 workers
First Certification: ISO 9001 quality management achieved
Infrastructure: Built processing plant and worker facilities
Expansion Phase: 2013-2018
Building on our success, we expanded into Khuzdar district to tap into the region's vast barite reserves—critical for oil drilling operations worldwide. This period saw our workforce triple, production capacity increase fivefold, and the establishment of our first international export partnerships with Middle Eastern and Asian markets.
Production Milestone: Reached 10,000 MT annual capacity
Global Reach: First exports to UAE, Saudi Arabia, and China
Workforce Growth: Expanded to 250+ employees
Modern Era: 2019-Present
Today, Balochistan Minerals operates as a fully integrated mining enterprise with operations across Muslim Bagh, Khuzdar, and Chagai districts. We've embraced cutting-edge geological survey technology, implemented zero-discharge water systems, and established ourselves as Pakistan's premier mineral sourcing partner—with over 50,000 MT annual capacity and growing.
Safety Record: 1,500+ days without lost-time incident
Capacity: 50,000+ MT annual production across all commodities
Global Network: Active clients across 15+ countries
