1. Our commitment

Balochistan Minerals expects responsible conduct across sourcing, operations, logistics, supplier engagement, and stakeholder communications. Ethical conduct is treated as a working standard, not a marketing statement.

Everyone representing the company is expected to act lawfully, communicate honestly, avoid conflicts of interest, and protect the trust of buyers, suppliers, workers, and local communities.

2. Responsible sourcing

We support transparent mineral sourcing, documented quality assurance, lawful operations, and fair dealing with buyers, suppliers, and communities.

• Maintain clear documentation for source, grade, quality checks, and shipment-related records.
• Avoid knowingly working with parties involved in unlawful extraction, fraud, forced labor, or corrupt dealing.
• Communicate mineral specifications, limitations, and availability accurately.
• Respect applicable licensing, export, transport, and commercial requirements.

3. Health, safety and environment

Operational decisions should protect worker safety, reduce avoidable environmental impact, and respect local communities.

• Prioritize safe working practices before production targets or shipment speed.
• Report hazards, incidents, and unsafe practices through the appropriate supervisory or compliance channel.
• Use resources responsibly and reduce avoidable disturbance where operations are active.
• Respect community access, local concerns, and site-level environmental obligations.

4. Fair dealing and anti-corruption

Business relationships must be based on legitimate commercial value, accurate information, and transparent communication. Bribery, extortion, facilitation payments, fraudulent documents, and undisclosed conflicts of interest are not acceptable.

Gifts, hospitality, or business favors must never be used to improperly influence a buyer, supplier, public official, or company representative.

5. Supplier and partner expectations

Suppliers, contractors, logistics partners, and commercial representatives are expected to work in a manner consistent with this policy.

• Provide accurate records, invoices, transport information, and quality documentation.
• Comply with applicable labor, safety, environmental, and anti-corruption requirements.
• Protect confidential commercial information shared during sourcing or buyer discussions.
• Raise concerns promptly when conduct or documentation appears inconsistent with this policy.
